This is a guest house that shares backyard and covered porch, if there are guests in the main house, the guest house only can use the guest house.
No parties or events. No noise past 10:30 pm.
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE GUEST HOUSE (if need to smoke, only outside the guest house.) a $200 fee will be charge if smoked inside.
