NO PARTIES! We designed this property of ours like no other with over 2300 SQ FT we put 5 smart TVS in there so every bedroom will have their own TV, a TV in the living room and game rooml. We are in the heart of Central plano one of the most prominent cities in DFW metroplex. You are in the middle of everything.

PET RULES: We are pet friendly up to 2 pets free of charge. Any Additional pets more than 2 pets is an additional $100 per pet.

- Guest have access to home using keypad code that will be given to them on the day of arrival .

- you have a 2 car covered garage and a carport that can cover 2 cars as well as well as 1 space for a vehicle i the front of the home

Team will be available to communicate with guest between 9am-12am via aribnb app.

SECURITY CAMERAS: There is a 24/7 security camera at the front of the property facing the street. There is a camera on the back of the camera facing the alleyway

NOISE: Noise will be kept to a minimum in our backyard after 12am on weekends and 10pm on weekdays.
- 2 pets allowed per reservation (if you have more it is a $85 Additional pet fee per pet)
- No smoking ($3,000 penalty)
- No Parties or events ($1,000 penalty)

Not at all what was advertised

Walking into the house it was not at all like photos.. The outside hot tub not working( did not let us know when I booked) the door jams looked like they were jimmied. Holes in doors, couch arm did not exist, walls are stained and scraped.. The guest bathroom shower rod was rusty. When I was trying to make the best out of the situation and thought at least we could play pool, every pool ques were busted. None of the windows were locked when we got there, by chance I was making sure the house was locked up before we went to sleep. We did not sleep under the covers because we didn't know if the sheets were clean. I don't believe I should have to pay for this house.
