Not worth staying even for free.

Lousy customer service, untrained receptionist, smelly carpet in the hallway, dirty bathroom no running hot water, towels were in such bad condition that no sane person would touch them. Bedding was hard to sleep on and slightly smelly. They also charged for providing tiny portable electric heater, which was unable to make a slightest dent in room temperature. Avoid staying at MGM1 if you can.
