"The staff were excellent. The room was clean. We had the mountain view and the view was gorgeous. They have a nice restaurant and an excellent complimentary breakfast. A problem we had was the room became cold in the evenings/nights. Because of the central HVAC, we could not set our thermostat to heat. The hotel property was clean, however the area around the property was not very clean. The hotel is very close to the Dalai Lama temple. Overall, we had a wonderful time in the hotel. "

"I was physically attacked by the manager of this hotel. He became very aggressive when I offered to pay with an international card but he only accepts cash or UPI. When I wanted to get cash for him, he refrained me from taking by bags in the car. When I tried to leave, he grabbed me at the throat and scratched my arm. When I left one bag behind to get cash, he locked up the driver and took his keys and phone. Sunny, the manager, is a dangerous man and I warn you to stay away from the hotel. Below are photos of black spot and scratches he caused. When I reached out to Expedia, the case manager said he could not help me file a complaint against Sunny. "
