- Bedroom with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and toilet

The apartment includes a parking space in a garage. Bicycles can be stored in the building’s basement.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the building’s basement (shared use for a fee).
Guests of the house can use a fitness room, an abdominal and back
, as well as an exercise bike and a ping-pong table (guests must bring their own paddles) free of charge.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this accommodation!
