    Each of the eight flats is characterised by a modern interior that leaves nothing to be desired in accordance with the 2017/18 construction standards. Guests can expect new crockery, furniture and a functional kitchen equipped with a two-ring hob, coffee machine and kettle. In addition, all units have a bedroom and a bathroom, equipped with a shower, ensuring a comfortable stay for up to two people. Children are only allowed from the age of 6.

    Outside, the nature right on your doorstep invites you to relax and unwind. The neighbouring Dahmer Gehege to the south and extensive south/west-facing fields offer a clear view and endless opportunities to enjoy the fresh air. The Majorcas holiday complex, which was designed to be detached, guarantees privacy and freedom.

    The surrounding area offers everything a holidaymaker could wish for: A walk of just 500 metres takes you directly to the sea, where relaxation and activity can be perfectly combined. For your daily needs, you will find a grocery store just 300 metres away. This resort is also ideal for guests with medium-sized dogs up to 60 cm, as furry companions are very welcome here. As a special convenience, the owner lives directly on the property and is available to answer any questions or concerns.
