Two-room apartment with 42 m² of living space and a balcony on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained residential complex for up to 4 people:

- Large furnished balcony facing south and east with a view over the dike
- Bedroom with two single beds placed in a corner
- Bathroom with shower and toilet

The apartment includes a parking space at the building. Bicycles can be stored in the building’s basement.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the building’s basement (shared use for a fee).
Guests of the building can use a fitness room, an abdominal and back exercise machine
as well as an exercise bike and a ping-pong table (guests must bring their own paddles) free of charge.

Equipped for 2, 3, or 4 people, with 40–45 m² of living space... each apartment comes with a free parking space.
A washing machine and dryer for shared use (coin-operated) are available in the building’s basement for a fee.
Bicycles can be stored in the building’s basement (accessible via a staircase).

Bed linens and towels can be reserved for an additional fee.
