Located on the first floor, the apartment accommodates up to two people and features a bright living room with an open-plan kitchen and comfortable sofa, a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable temperature year-round. Relax on the balcony furnished with garden furniture.

Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a TV, initial bed linen, and access to a shared washing machine and dryer (available for a fee). An elevator provides easy access to the apartment. Guests can also enjoy the shared sauna in the building.

The location is ideal: the sea, beach, restaurants, shops, train station, ferry, and public transport are all within easy reach. For exploring the surrounding area, we recommend traveling by car. A free parking space in the underground garage is available for you during your stay.

The apartment is especially family-friendly. Children and babies are very welcome. The surrounding area is ideal for relaxing holidays, walks along the beach, and excursions to the North Frisian coastal region.
