Lovely little town we stayed in on the way back to Oslo from Bergen. There are some nice lake-side walks out the back of the hotel complete with English translated info plaques. I made reservation a day before arrival. I confirmation it was written check in time is from 3 pm to any time. We arrived a 22:30. Checkin was closed. No keys were left for us.
