Good location for first time visitors to NYC. Family friendly. Welcoming staff. Breakfast is a good value. Only drawback is it is a challenge to get an elevator down in the morning. Waited about 25 minutes to get downstairs one morning. Highly recommend this hotel for central location.

Wonderful stay
We had a very enjoyable stay for - night. The room was large, beautiful and right next to the river. The breakfast was very tasty and lots of options. We would definitely return.

Reason for Low comfort level was due to the unclear nature of the Kosher status of the hotel. The Meat Restaurant "Ranch House" is not Kosher and is open on Shabbat.
