"The good: location and view. Right on the beach. The ugly: the pictures I saw when booking are not at all what we got. The bathroom was full of mold (we complained and no one came back to clean), mattress and bedding with stains of urine!! (we complained and we were told we are overreacting and this is “normal”; they did bring new bedding but also not really clean so we got our own). We wanted to leave and get a refund but they did not agree to they, and only offered to change a room (same dirty old thing). The building is undergoing some construction inside (very hot in the lobby and in elevators). Overall very run down. Too bad for such a beautiful location. I have taken multiple pictures and happy to share "

The location was perfect right on the beach—close to the rail station so getting around was a breeze. The neighborhood felt safe and lively, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were very responsive to all our questions. They were always available to answer questions and made sure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, I felt I got great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend Master Haifa Apartments to anyone visiting the area. It truly exceeded my expectations!"
