As longtime guests of Lake Martin, we put our heart and souls into creating the perfect environment when we constructed our home there in 2021. Now, we are happy to offer to share it with guests who want to visit our very favorite place in the world. We hope that you will find it as magical as we do.

The house is a two story walkout basement style home with bedrooms and living areas on both floors. The full kitchen is upstairs, but there is a kitchenette with a full refrigerator downstairs as well. There are full bathrooms in each bedroom with an additional 1/2 bath upstairs. The bunk room is attached to the downstairs guest bedroom and is a double/twin set up.

The best part of the home are the over 1500 square feet of porches! There are multiple seating areas, a full dining table and swing bed all from which you can enjoy panoramic views of beautiful Lake Martin sunsets. There's also a hot tub for dipping in on cooler evenings!

Our home is located just 30 minutes from Auburn University, and only 10 minutes off of HWY 280. This is the perfect location on Lake Martin. There are numerous restaurants and stores close by including Lake Martin Pizza Co., Oscar's, Poplar Dawgs, and Niffers. And, Chuck's Marina and Pizza is a 5 minute boat ride away!

  • Tuskegee University, one of the largest historically black universities in the United States, is a private university located in Tuskegee, Alabama. It was founded by Lewis Adams, a former slave, and George W. Campbell, a former slave owner. Adams asked that an educational institution for blacks be established. After Foster won the election, $2,000 (per year) was allocated from the state general budget for such a school to be located in Macon County. Absolutely Beautiful!

Everything was perfect! The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The views of the lake were amazing from every room. The cove was peaceful and there was plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing. I highly recommend this house and look forward to staying there again!

Thanksgiving at Lake Martin

My husband and I met our three children and five grandchildren for the week of Thanksgiving at this lovely home. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed fires on the back porch while watching football. Kids kept busy with paddle boards, kayaks, hot tub. There is a nice flat area b/w the house and lake where we placed a rented inflatable bouncy house and slide combo to further entertain the grands. A great time had by all!

Just perfect !

The only thing I can say about this house is it is perfect. The views are amazing. When we stayed it was chilly so the outdoor fireplace was the perfect addition. Found a little corner store that delivered the wood right to the house. . There is fishing off the dock, a hot tub and sunsets to die for! The house is new and clean. Beds are super comfy and there is everything you need in the kitchen. Two grills outback! We will be back for sure!
