"The room was very nice and clean with plenty of storage room and a comfortable bed. We were on a high floor with a nice view. The bathroom and shower were very nice, plenty of room. We did not have any hot water in the money, we called the front desk and they sent someone right up. It was resolved in just minutes. (someone had turned the hot water valve off). I would stay her again."

"The logistics of parking and checking into the hotel were horrible. I found the room floors were dirty and need of a sweeping and a wet mopping. The terrace was in need of a power spraying. Getting from the room to the H2O pool was a challenge. The nasty smells getting to the hotel elevator were terrible. I prepaid a non refundable 3 night stay there and regretted I ever did. I will never return here even if they threw in a free night."

"Think you should protect the staff more it was a guy talking real crazy to a girl at the front desk but the manager did handle him very professionally "

"It was a beautiful hotel. Ami’s pizza and gelato was delicious! The staff were kind and helpful. The room was awesome. The bed was so soft and comfy and the pillows! The shower heads were so nice. The view! So beautiful. We will definitely stay there again. We’ve stayed at the HardRock on our prior stays. We have a new favorite."

"My stay was wonderful. The royal tower suite was perfect on the 12th floor. Very relaxing. Can’t wait to go back. 9.8 out of 10. N only thing missing in the room was a microwave."
