"Pool is small, towels are small. Staff helpful. Front desk okay. Near Mars Chicken a huge plus. Parking by the hour behind the hotel. Valet is a must unfortunately. Valet is responsive and very polite. No balconies. Beach across the street and chairs provided. Umbrella is $30 more. Rooms are dated. I'd rather stay at the Concord or better yet save some money and fly into Miami. The Loews hotel in Miami is nice. "

"I wanted to share my experience, as it was very disappointing and quite different from what was advertised. The hotel website does not accurately reflect the actual condition of the rooms. What is shown online does not match reality. The rooms felt more like a basic college dorm than a hotel, especially considering the price. Additionally, while check-in is fully electronic, there is essentially no support or service available if you need anything extra—even something as simple as a corkscrew was not available. The overall environment felt limited, with most services seemingly unavailable or closed. Cleanliness and general upkeep were also below expectations, and the atmosphere resembled more of a hostel than a proper hotel. I would strongly recommend ensuring that the images displayed on the website truly represent the current state of the property, as this mismatch creates a very misleading impression for guests."
