"Property was amazing! The staff went beyond for me after leaving my swimsuits and Stanley cup (gift from my kids) back on the Mainland. They did everything possible to make sure I got them back! Pool and beach view was amazing! Food was delicious! I can’t remember the bartender name but she is a young melanin skinned pretty young lady. She made the first best impression my first night there! She definitely needs recognition!"

"The staff at the Tropical Palace were excellent. There were a few issues with our room that were addressed quickly, although the problems weren’t always resolved. If you are thrifty in your travels, this accommodation is OK."

"We had an amazing beachfront room. There was so much space and the view was incredible. Everything at Pelican Reef Vilas was outstanding! The beach was kept clean, the pool, the bar area and all the staff were incredible! If I could give them more stars I would! The people of Belize are also amazing!! "

"We came for my wife's the 50th birthday. The house was exactly what we had hoped for. Clean with all of the amenities available. The host helped us plan for the puddle jumper from Belize City to the island, and also facilitated the renting of a golf cart for the week. This was a true five star experience for us. Rob H"

"The property was in superb shape and was spacious with great view of the bay. Sandra did a great job and handled many of our needs. I would go back there again and hopefully the construction work next door is done. Close to good restaurants and San Pedro. Close to snorkeling and they picked us up at our dock."
