However, the hotel appears to be understaffed, which affects the overall experience. There are no tea or coffee-making facilities in the rooms, which is disappointing for a hotel of this category. The food is quite basic—I only tried the breakfast and something from the pool bar, and both were underwhelming. The main issue is the lack of staff availability, which impacts service quality. Additionally, the spa is overrated and not worth the money."

"Firstly i would like to thank a few staff member's for making me and my family feel welcomed and went beyond expectations to make sure we was happy and satisfied. I couldn't asked for a better place to stay. Mohammed Bqchir, IMAD, Aisha, Jaouad. Thanks once again. property is nice clean poolside was clean lots off seating. Common area was nice in cosy. Restaurant/Bar area was nice. Breakfast a bit for everyone. Room was nice spacious and clean we mini fridge and microwave and a balcony. Bathroom had bath and shower separate which was amazing. Toilet was also separated which was a bonus for families The hotel wasn't to far away from the big square walking was less than 10 minutes if you know where your going. Not to far from the menara mall. "

"Loved the staff, location and dining room. Beautifully decorated. Only problem was Expedia did not tell us I had inadvertently booked a single room.it was quite small for two people. But I had booked directly with the hotel for the third night and once we were moved our room was perfect."
