"Loved the ski lift swing! The only thing I'd really say for other travelers is to really read the listing. It's not actually 4 separate bedrooms. Two are lifts and one is not useable unless you have kids or young adults who can climb a ladder. House was very comfortable and clean. Would recommend."

"The staff is exceptional! They truly want you to love your stay here and come back again. The negative? Although it was very clean in our cabin the tub surround was moldy and really needed some fresh caulking. The tub itself and toilet needed scrubbing and bleach. Guests are required to do their own dishes or will be charged $50. So what happens unfortunately is really shoddy dish dishwashing. It’s clearly is done hastily to avoid the fee by previous guests. Thus, dishes, glasses, etc. I’ll need wash washing before you can use them as well as after. Next complaint is that our cabin Eagle’s Nest was advertised as being lake view, and mostly it is, unfortunately a ginormous smelly dumpster is in front of the cabin. We will return because the property is beautiful, but some details truly need attention. Also, there is a big gap under the front door that creates quite a draft. Guests from two years ago noted this in the guest book, but it still has not been taken care of. Beautiful lake and beautiful property will keep us coming back."

"We stayed on one of their rooms and we were surprised that is clean and look new, the opposite of their building facade. It is next to the main highway so you will hear alot of trucks passing by. They also have free grab n go stuff for breakfast (granola bars and fruit, coffee and teas)"

"This beautiful home is located in a small town located north of Crater Lake and south of Bend. The home is beautiful and very clean. There is not much near the home for gas, groceries or dining so you need to plan ahead of your arrival. This home was a perfect place for some R&R in between destinations as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The towels were clean but smelled smoky as if they had been air-dried outside. However we acknowledge that this is fire season in Oregon. It may have simply come in through the exhaust vent.The water pressure in the shower could have been stronger. We really appreciated the snacks she left which we enjoyed along our hikes after check out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes, utensils, etc.It met our needs and the location was perfect for us."
