"An excellent hideaway place as advertised, also has a cottage for hire or glamping with a local well stocked shop.
Ideal location for all the beaches and attractions.
The morning breakfast was superb, a mix of cereals, fruit, continental style, as well as the full welsh cooked.
The room was everyone you could as for, cosy, relaxing with a lovely en-suite.
I would highly recommend this hotel, though I do want to revisit, so ignore this report.
Seriously a wonderful stay, and will be back. "

"Lovely compact room in the main building. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. One of the best cooked breakfasts we've had - excellent quality and nicely presented. Fantastic location on the high street in Narberth with on site parking. Would definitely recommend and I'm sure we'll be back to stay another time. "

"Room was clean and warm. Ideal spot in the heart of the harbour. The only thing I would advise would be to have black out curtains as we were in a room overlooking the harbour.
Will certainly stay here again."

"The staff (Joey) was great, as was the location. The bed are very low, and difficult to get out of if one is older or heavier. The furniture is shabby, and the desk chair broke when I sat on it. The shower is good-sized and has great water pressure. Make sure to leave the switch next to the toilet on (it is a pump for fresh and waste water). The breakfast foods in the common kitchen are welcome (particularly the pain au chocolat). We would stay again, though we do wish the furniture was in...

Escape to Pembrokeshire! Charming, spacious cottage - well located for exploring
10/10 Excellent
"A delightful, spacious, comfortable, well-equipped cottage with great views over Pembrokeshire hills. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and large living room and kitchen and dining room, it's easy to spread out, and a great place to be stuck indoors if the weather isn't cooperative. Totally quiet and peaceful.Llawhaden Castle, only a short walk away, is evocative, with a different feel in different lighting and weather, and usually one has it to oneself. Easy drives to other places. We particularly liked St David's Cathedral, and Haverfordwest is nice to walk around (and for groceries).Jess was a great hostess, always responsive and helpful. Figs and apples from her own trees were a nice touch in the welcome package. This is a truly special place, and we really hope to be able to return."
"Nice main building situated on a large property with a lot of walking area and great views.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable.
Hopefully my next visit there will be without rain so I can explore more."

Regarded as one of the most impressive castles in Wales, visitors to Carew Castle can trace the structure’s history from Norman fortifications to when it became an Elizabethan country home owned by Sir John Perrot, possibly an illegitimate son of Henry VIII, before its eventual abandonment in the 17th Century. Several notable features have resulted, including earthworks created by Royalist defenders during the Civil War and window frames dating to Tudor times that were made of imported Cotswold stone that stands out against the local limestone used for the rest of the building.
