"TOTTALLY SCAM DONT GO! This hotel is under construction, there is no water, electricity or any service. their phone is not in service, The room they give me was dirty no towels, not even toilet paper. Stuff didn't give me any information, i asked for a relocation. They say it was my problem. I asked for a refund, they say no refund are made. I contacted expedia they said, booking was in process so they will check with hotel to see IF THEY AGREE TO REFUND MY MONEY, i had to pay...
