Our cosy and fully furnished holiday rental is located on the ground floor and consists of three rooms with approximately 51 m² of living space and a balcony. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped: 4-burner electric ceramic stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, etc. The living room features an LCD TV, DVD player, mini stereo system, dining area, and a cosy sitting area. A collection of games and books is available for days when the weather is bad. The master bedroom has a large closet and another TV. The children’s room has two separate large beds, which are also suitable for adults. The functionally furnished bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink. The apartment is fully tiled. There are runners in the bedrooms and a rug in the sitting area.

The holiday apartment is equipped with high-speed internet, making streaming or working from home a breeze.

A recreation room with a ping-pong table, a toddler area with a ball pit and foosball table, as well as a tanning bed, washing machine, and dryer (for a fee) are available to guests. The sandy beach is only about 5 minutes away, and the nearest bus stop—with a direct connection to the train station—and the H & P reception desk are about 2 minutes away.
An outdoor parking space for cars and a single garage for bicycles/e-bikes are available.

Our Residenz Vogelsand is a beautiful holiday apartment complex consisting of an apartment building with 12 units and 3 separate Frisian-style houses, each with 4 units, in Cuxhaven-Dose. It’s only about 200 metres to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 24 holiday apartments for 1–4 people, each with 2 separate bedrooms. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building. 
Recreational activities: Game room with table tennis, foosball, and a ball pit; children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at one of the largest seawater wave pools, the Thalassozentrum ahoi! in the nearby district of Duhnen.

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes). Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. Check-in on Sundays and holidays is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
