Welcome to Cuxhaven Döse in the Kormoran holiday residence. The approximately 32 m² one-room apartment is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator and the apartment is handicapped accessible. Living room/bedroom with an exclusive bed, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen area with microwave, oven, ceramic hob and a spacious wardrobe with built-in cupboard, satellite flat-screen TV, sofa, shower/WC, balcony, telephone, elevator and underground parking space. The modern and well-maintained Kormoran residence has a swimming pool with counter-current system and sauna, a steam bath for a fee, a children's playground and a bicycle cellar. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available. WiFi and telephone, Sky are available free of charge.
