Our family-friendly holiday home with approx. 135 sqm of living space for 6-7 people offers enough space to spend relaxing days on the North Sea coast. The 35sqm terrace facing south invites you to an outdoor breakfast with the whole family or a cozy barbecue event in the evening. The large garden offers children plenty of exercise.

A parking space directly at the house and can be used free of charge.

Groß und geräumig

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war gut. Das Haus sauber und mit drei Schlafzimmern optimal für uns. Terrasse und Fahrradständer vorhanden. Es liegt ca. 10 bis 15 Gehminuten vom Strand und Ortskern Duhnen entfernt, sehr ruhig in dem Wohngebiet nachts. Gern wieder!

Schönes großes Haus

Schönes, modernes Haus mit viel Platz, auch für vier Kinder. Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß gut machbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter per Email sehr unkompliziert. Wir empfehlen das Objekt gerne weiter.

geräumiges Haus und fußläufig zum Meer

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Cuxhaven verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen, sauberen Wohnsiedlung, ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Zum Strand sind es durch ein Wäldchen ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert. Der Garten liegt direkt am Bürgersteig und ist einsehbar, was uns nicht störte, jedoch nicht ganz aus der Beschreibung hervor ging. Wir fühlten uns wohl und kommen gerne wieder.

Geräumiges Ferienhaus im Bungalow-Stil

Das Haus ist großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ortsnahe Lage, ca. 7 Minuten bis zur Ortsmitte von Duhnen. Die Schlüsselübergabe per Post erfolgte problemlos. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Unterkunft für Praktikum

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gut eingerichtet und modern. Wir haben die Wohnung im Februar für ein Praktikum genutzt. Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vor dem Haus vorhanden. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet, freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Aufenthalt für uns war sehr angenehm.

Würden wiederkommen

Das Haus liegt nur ca. 10-15 Fußmarsch vom Strand entfernt. Der Bollerwagen hat uns den Weg mit Kindern und Strandausstattung sehr erleichtert. Das Haus hat eine gute Raumaufteilung und ist gut für bis zu 6 Personen geeignet. Es hat eine kinderfreundliche Ausstattung und einen großen Garten. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage für einen Strandurlaub. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Wir waren dort mit Familie, u.a. drei Kindern. Alles wunderbar. Sogar Spielzeug im Wohnzimmer und ein Bollerwagen für den Strand. 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Das einzige was mir zu meinem Glück fehlte war ein Kartoffelstampfer ;-)) Die Kinder wollten Kartoffelbrei.

Ein rundum schöner Urlaub!

Genau so sollte ein Ferienhaus sein: Großzügig für zwei kleine Familien, Sonnenterrasse, super Ausstattung und ein kurzer Weg zum Meer/Watt. Wir sind immer mit dem Rad + Anhänger gefahren und waren in fünf Minuten in der Nordsee. Herrlich!

Die Schlüsselübergabe ist sehr leicht und praktisch. Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet mit Bollerwagen, Grill, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine und alles andere was man benötigt. Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Nur zu empfehlen!!!
