The apartment features a separate bedroom for restful nights. The bedroom features a double bed with a single, continuous mattress, ensuring a comfortable and cosy sleeping surface. The living area also includes a comfortable sofa bed for two additional guests. The bright and open layout creates a pleasant living atmosphere that invites you to relax and feel at home.

The living and dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals or cosy evenings. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a dishwasher. Dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils are, of course, provided, so you can easily prepare your own meals.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, providing additional comfort. Wi-Fi and TV are also available, making even quiet holiday days enjoyable.

A special highlight is the balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air and start or end your day in a relaxed manner.

Parking spaces can be booked as an optional extra right next to the house. Electric vehicle charging stations are available for guests with electric vehicles. In addition, the building features shared washing machines and dryers, a bike storage room (with electrical sockets), and a convenient dog shower—ideal after a walk on the beach or through the Wernerwald.

There is a lockable connecting door between this apartment and Apartment 3.4. With an additional key, both apartments can be combined into one large shared living space.
