Wenig liebevolle Einrichtung.TV 40x25cm und kein Empfang,wohl aus nem Wohnmobil .Auf dem Balkon fehlt ein Rollo,weil im Minutentakt die Fahrzeuge aus der gegenüber liegenden Tiefgaragenausfahrt aufgeblendet das APP mit beleuchten,hinzu kommt die Beleuchtung und der Geruch der Pizzeria im Erdgeschoss.App. Zum Parkplatz empfehlenswerter.Lage zum Zentrum und Strand sind gut.

Wenn man nicht immer in der Wohnung ist: gut. Durch die 2 Klappbetten ist man gezwungen diese täglich abzubauen, um das Zimmer zu nutzen. Sonst ist die Küche OK. Das Bad ist aus den 60 igern, aber technisch OK.

Pluspunkt, sauberes Haus und tolle Dachterasse. Minuspunkte: Whg. 2 liegt direkt über einem Restaurant. Lärm bis 23 Uhr. Wohnung alt und verlebt. Sehr hellhörig. In dieser Preisklasse hatten wir in Duhnen und Umgebung schon wesentlich bessere Unterkünfte.
