Frische Brise May 12. Seesicht Sahlenburg Cosy holiday rental just 200 m from the beach and featuring a free swimming pool!!
This cosy one-room holiday apartment offers space for 2 people in approximately 25 square metres and is located on the 12th floor of the “Frische Brise” building in Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg, just 200 metres from the sandy beach. It is easily accessible by lift or via the staircase.

The apartment features a cosy living and dining area with a comfortable couch, a fold-down bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 3 people. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

The modern bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink.

The living room opens onto the balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air and admire the view of the surrounding area and the Wadden Sea. The house features a swimming pool and a table tennis room, both of which can be used free of charge. The sauna and tennis court are available for a fee.
If you need to use the washing machine and dryer after a day at the beach, no problem—they’re also available in the building.
A free parking space at the house is available to guests.
Access to the swimming pool requires a token. We charge a deposit of €50 for this, which will be refunded upon checkout.
Important Note:
The Frische Brise house in Sahlenburg will be closed for the entire year 2026 due to extensive renovation and restoration work.
Starting in 2027, the apartments will be available for booking as usual.
Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. If desired, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per stay. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.
We provide the following amenities for each guest:

- three dishwasher tablets
- two trash bags/ reusable bags
- one tea towel
