The exclusive holiday apartment "Möwenblick" (Seagull View) is located in the newly built (2023) complex at Duhner Allee 10 in a prime location in Cuxhaven-Duhnen, just 70 meters from the sandy beach. The 90m² apartment on the second floor (No. 9) offers high-quality comfort for up to four people.

A bright living and dining area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, satellite internet TV, and telephone forms the heart of the apartment. Two comfortable bedrooms with double box-spring beds (each 180cm x 200cm) and their own TVs ensure restful nights. The two modern bathrooms feature walk-in rain showers, illuminated mirrors, and heated towel rails – the main bathroom also includes a double vanity and a shower with a seat.

From the furnished balcony, accessible from the main bedroom, you can enjoy a partial sea view and a lovely view of life in Duhnen. A storage room with a washer-dryer, iron, and ironing board is also available.
