The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers everything you need to prepare your own meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a wide range of kitchen accessories.

If needed, this apartment can be connected to Apartment 2.5 via a lockable connecting door. With an additional key, this creates a spacious accommodation for several people.

Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. For longer stays, washing machines and dryers on the ground floor are available for shared use. A bike storage room (with electrical sockets) and a shower for feet and paws are also available there, which is ideal after returning from the mudflats and the sandy beach.
A private parking space is available upon request (for a fee), and you’ll also find electric vehicle charging stations at the house if needed.

The location is particularly attractive: You’re only about 400 metres from the sea and the beach. The immediate proximity to a wooded area also invites you to take long walks and bike rides. Restaurants are just about 200 metres away, and numerous recreational activities such as swimming, sailing, horseback riding, or carriage rides ensure a varied holiday experience.
