Apartment for six people

We rent apartments for up to six people in Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg.
Our house was built in 1970 and has been repeatedly renovated in the meantime. The entire facade was recently repainted and all bathrooms were renewed.
This is a small but nice apartment with steep stairs to two bedrooms, as can be seen in the photos.

The individual apartments are fully equipped and are heated by central heating.
The garden with the garden furniture and the grill possibility can of course also be used extensively.
Furthermore, the apartments all have a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, WiFi, television and radio.

Cuxhaven
In Sahlenburg, Cuxhaven and the surrounding area you will find an incredible number of leisure activities.
From pony rides, to golf, to relaxing on the beach. You are guaranteed not to get bored.
But even those looking for peace and quiet will get their money's worth here.
The beach and a few shops are in the area.
And this area also offers a culinary treat for the palate.

Ruhige Lage, schöner Urlaub

Positiv - Ruhige Lage - Gepflegte und saubere Wohnung und Garten - kostenloses parken direkt vor dem Haus - kostenloses WLAN und TV - netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin - nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand (in Duhnen) Negativ - Duschvorhang in Dusche (immer Überschwemmungen im Bad nach dem Duschen) - Kleine Wohnung / Räume (für 6 Erwachsene ist die Wohnung zu klein (max. 4 Erwachsene) - keine Spülmaschine - steile Treppe zu den oberen Schlafräumen (Mit Socken sehr rutschig) Vielleicht kann die Vermieterin Stufenteppiche aufkleben/anbringen Tipps für Gäste : - Die Betten oben etwas von den Schrägen weg schieben, sonst stößt man sich Nachts oft - Bettbezug, Laken und Handtücher werden benötigt - Der Ort Duhnen ist sehr schön. Viele Restaurants und günstiges Parken (1€ pro Stunde) - Viele Läden in der Nähe Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Penny, Müller, Real, Expert uvm. - Zur Corona Zeit sind im Schwimmbad Ahoi in Duhnen alle Attraktionen wie Wellenbad, Whirlpool, Rutschen deaktiviert bzw. gesperrt - Schöne Minigolfanlage in Duhnen am Strand 8€ pro Person und in Cuxhaven in der Nähe der Kugelbake 4€ pro Person - Strandkorb in Duhnen 10€ pro Tag Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Alles negative sind nur Kleinigkeiten welche man verbessern kann. Ich bedanke mich für diesen tollen alternativ Urlaub in Deutschland. Ich werde die Wohnung weiter empfehlen und wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder 😊

Zu klein

Es gibt einen Grund, warum hier keine Fotos der Schlafzimmer und der Küche zu sehen sind. Die „Treppe“, die ins OG führt, in dem die Kinderzimmer sind, ist wirklich gefährlich und nur auf allen Vieren zu besteigen. Alle Räume sind unheimlich klein und das Elternschlafzimmer hat nur ein sehr schmales Bett. Für 6 Leute nicht zu empfehlen- auch nicht mit kleinen Kindern. Zu viert gut machbar, aber auch dann kein Luxus. Frau Rupprecht war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich um alle wichtigen Details und Infos gekümmert.

Gemütlicher Aufenthalt mit Freunden

Wir sind als 6er Freundes-Gruppe über Silvester in diese kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung gereist. Die Wohnung ist für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt groß genug für 6 Personen. Man sollte sich als Reisender über die relativ steile Treppe zu den oberen zwei Schlafräumen bewusst sein. Wir würden die Treppe nicht für ältere Menschen oder Kinder empfehlen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut. Das Bad modern und sauber. Die Schlafräume einfach gestaltet, aber alles drin, was benötigt wird.

Zu klein

Für eine 5-köpfige Familie ist die Wohnung zu klein und die Treppe in die Schlafräume ist sehr gefährlich Vorallendingen für kleine Kinder.

Deutlich zu klein. Maximal 4 Personen!!!

Für 6 Personen absolut nicht geeignet!! Auch absolut nicht für Kinder. Treppen beide zur Wohnung hoch und zum Schlafzimmer grausam. Küche mini mini mini , Schränke gehen nicht alle auf weil kein Platz ist und sich selber umdrehen in der Küche mit 70 kg Körpergewicht kaum machtbar. Wohnzimmer alles zu klein. Sauber war es auch das bad alles ok und netter Kontakt so ist es nicht.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Wohnung für die etwas größere Familie. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Etwas Abseits des Massentourismus in ruhigem Wohngebiet. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so im Haushalt braucht. Alles, was wichtig ist kann man in knapp 10 Min locker zu Fuß erreichen. Frische Milch vom Bauern, hervorragender Bäcker, Supermarkt mit Vollsortiment, Post, Sparkasse, kleiner feiner Fischladen und Spitzenrestaurant. Einzig der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß etwas weit. Aber ggf. mit Rad oder Auto auch in knapp 10 Min. zu erreichen. Alles problemlos mit Hund und Kindern. Das Highlight und eigentlich der Grund, warum wir hierhergefahren sind, ist der Hundestrand. Und den haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Hunde- und Kinderwaschanlage am Deich, sehr praktisch. Leider stellen sich die Strandwächter an manchen Tagen etwas blöd an und die Geldgenerierungsmaschinerie durch Parkplatzgebühren und Eintritt in den Strandbereich finde ich etwas unverschämt. Aber das war nur ein kleiner Wermutstropfen, wir hatten ja eine Kurkarte. Ansonsten für uns alle ein toller Urlaub mit viel Action und der nötigen Ruhe danach etwas abseits des Massentourismus in den Bettenburgen. Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Immer wieder gerne.
