The Villa 'Sul Mare Vista Tramonto' is located in Cornino just a short walk from the beach. The property is composed of 3 properties within 650 m²(the hosts live in one of them, but the houses are detached). The 85 m² villa consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a fan, heating, a washing machine, a TV, and children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available.

The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a garden (about 350 m²), a barbecue and an outdoor shower - privacy is guaranteed. The property also has access to a private outdoor patio (6m x 6m). A shared outdoor area with a covered terrace is also available for your use. There is also a large shared garden equipped with hammocks and a reading area. An outdoor whirlpool is available for an extra fee upon prior request.

The house is located in the natural reserve of Monte Cofano and the nearest supermarket is 4km from the property. It is highly recommended to rent a car.

Very quiet and comfortably. We had everything we needed and what we didnt our host helped immediately. It's a cute little cottage in a great area to explore.

Maison de vacances simple mais bien aménagée. Chambre des parents climatisée, belle terrasse. Paolo, le propriétaire est très accueillant et parle parfaitement le français.

Ein Traumhafter Ort und ein traumhaftes Häuschen

Pros: Wir waren 3 Wochen in der Villa und haben es von Anfang bis Ende geliebt. Ein kleines Paradies. Die Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse sind ein Traum. Die Lage des Häuschens ist total idyllisch und alles ist liebevoll und stilvoll dekoriert. Paolo und Michele sind sehr zuvorkommende und wirklich wunderbare Gastgeber. Es war sehr sauber und besonders gut haben uns die vielen schönen Sitzgelegenheiten gefallen (im Garten, auf der Terasse, auf der Dachterasse) und auch die Außendusche. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß am Strand und das Wasser ist kristallklar. Der Strand ist schön und liegt eindrucksvoll neben dem Monte Cofano. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles. Es war wunderschön.
