Great hotel to stay. Just enough outside of the main square to be quieter and cheaper, but still within easy walking distance. I stayed here and night, then did the Inca trail for 2 nights and then stayed one more night before leaving Cuzco. They didn't blink an eye about me leaving my luggage there for the 2 days which was a huge help. The staff was nice (although some of them need more training on how to manage the reception desk) and nothing was too much trouble

Good location but bad customer service
Really liked the location and price but the customer service was poor. On arrival, we were asked to cancel our booking and pay on site even though the reservation had been paid for already. Then, breakfast was not ready in the morning before we left even though we left after breakfast started. Will likely not stay here again.

No fue buena: no hay mucha coordinación parte del personal, te cambian de cuartos, no hay agua caliente, tienes que tocar la puerta para entrar y las llaves que te dan tienen una madera como llavero, no te dan toallas, no cambian la cama y el servicio, mal servicio.

bon hôtel
nous ont bien aidés, avons apprécié le maté de coca à l'arrivée pour combattre le mal de l'altitude, petit-déjeuner sommaire et peu varié, mais c'est un moindre mal. un peu bruyant, mais vite réglé avec des bouchons.
