"Overall a nice property. Pool and hot tub are nice. Host is great and helped with any concerns we had during our stay. "

"Rhe forst thing we noticed was rhe smell of the hotel. As soon as you walk in you get punched in the face with the smell of cleaning chemicals in the lobby. And it was even worse in the actual hotel rooms. They then sent us to the wrong room (smaller room than the one we paid for), once we did get the correct room there was hair in the shower and on the floor in a couple spots. Rotten food, dog hair, and a few other things under the ac unit, sticky residue on the table and leg rest, stains on both different chairs In the room. On top of these things the automatic curtains didnt work, and the room was right next to the pool, the gym, and the houskeeping staff room. We then canceled our almost week long stay, which was a 30 minute process as they needed to confirm the things we were saying was true. Even after this it took 5 days for us to get a confirmation from the hotel that we would get 4 out of our 5 nights of stay refunded."

"Overall was a good experience, was comfy and clean. Nice space for our family.Would have been nice to have a toaster, my kids love toast. The weather was chilly a couple days during our stay and very windy one day. The pool and hot tub were nice to have but both were dirty and hot tub was low on water. Other than those few minor things it was a great place to stay and we had great communication with property manager, they responded very quickly. "
