"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at One Mambo. The property is in the perfect location, offering spacious accommodations with quick, easy access to the beach and local restaurants-all within a very short walking distance. Our unit was a fantastic fit and provided plenty of room for everyone to relax. A huge thank you to the property team; their customer service was top-tier, and they were incredibly helpful and pleasant throughout our visit. We will definitely be booking another stay with One Mambo again!"

"The hotel hosted a wedding during our week stay without notifying guest until arrival. The infinity pool, beach club, and restaurant was all closed during our stay during this event. On two different nights music was so loud it echoed our room until 2:30am. Staff did nothing to help make our stay better after multiple attempts to speak with managers. Paid thousands of dollars for a terrible hotel experience. Thankfully the island itself is beautiful and we spent our days exploring it. "

"The Dolphin suites have great location with acces to Mambo beach, the Aquarium, restaurants and shopping. The suites are spacious and clean. Breakfast options were good. "

"The staff at this property was the BEST I have ever experienced. The property was horrific. I saw multiple roaches in my room. I went and told the manager and the upgraded me to an ocean view on the beach room were the door had a large crack in it and I was bitten by mosquitoes all night long. I attempted to contact Hyatt's corporate office which they didn't take down my number or email and we hot disconnected. When I called back they said I never called in to that number. Hyatt is the worst I have dealt with and as much as I travel I will never stay at there hotels. "

"It’s an amazing place to stay. The only issue we had is that the employees at the beach didn’t know about the agreement with Bon Bini. They said the voucher was only valid to pay entrance for the beach and not the couch or anything else."
