The staff were all lovely, very friendly and helpful. I felt unwell one day and asked the receptionist to arrange a taxi to take me to a pharmacy. He very kindly did so. Food was great, good selection at breakfast. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was really quiet.

Exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazing.

It was impossible to sleep with the trains right beside the hotel running all night and the horns from the car traffic. Would not recommend.

this is a lovely hotel. maybe a 30 minute walk from the city centre but it’s a nice walk. lots of things to see and shops on the way. more than anything it’s ideal for porto susa train station which is a 30 min train from the airport. the hotel is a 3 minute walk to the train station. my room was great. lovely shower, big bed. a very good hotel for a decent price.

It isn't possible to find a better location, right by the palace museum and plaza, shopping promenade, and even a very good little laundromat a block away. Small and understated, my room was small but comfortable. Would have been tight for more than 1 person, but I did have a queen bed. Nice housekeeping staff.
