"From service to facilities, it was a terrible experience. The staff is incompetent and unhelpful. The check-in process was frustrating, it seems they didn‘t have our booking in the system for 2 rooms. The rooms were still being cleaned even though we arrived in the evening.
The water in the shower didn‘t run. The AC didn‘t work. The doors didn‘t close. The curtains on the bed smelled. The wifi barely worked.
The way up to the receptions and the rooms is very steep, maybe difficult for less fit...

After arriving they informed me that they moved me to Flamingo Avia, a sister property.
The bed was decent, the shower was tiny, but small. The AC worked. The restaurant up top had a limited menu, but it was tasty."

"Booked the Seaview and was able to get one of the rooms farthest from the mosque so it was quite faint. However, with the seaview, you will bear the little skiffs that go out fishing and they are loooud! Not unbearable but be aware. That said, the hotel room, amenities and everything around the area is quite lovely. Walkable and the port for all the boat excursions is just a 3min walk away. "

"We had a great stay at Seaesta Komodo. The hotel-style room was small but perfect for the price (clean, comfortable, and well-designed). The pool area is definitely the highlight, with awesome views and a fun vibe, though it can get a bit crowded in the afternoon, so go early to grab a good spot. Food was solid, and the whole place has a relaxed, social energy without being too loud. Would definitely stay again."
"We've been very impressed with this place so far. The main downside is that it's a good ways outside of downtown Labuan Bajo, but honestly, that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's still a short drive or Grab ride into town and they offered pick up and drop off to the property included.
The villa itself is beautiful. The private pool is immaculate and our kids loved swimming in the afternoon (after about 1PM the sun is in the west and leaves most of the pool aread nicely shaded).
The kitchen area is great. Full fridge and freezer. Gas ranges (though we didn't use them). Bit TV in the living area (though we didn't use that either).
We asked about laundry and they picked it up and did it for us with no issues.
The bathrooms are excellent, with rainfall shower heads and plenty of very nice soap and shampoo.
We did notice some ants in the villa but we mentioned it to the host and they immediately found the source and took care of it.
The property is wonderful and the host has been super responsive so we feel very lucky to have found this place!"
