"This place was awful! The hotel clerk's were NOT nice! The room had A/C problems staying cool and they would NOT move me and special needs son to another room! There were roaches in the vents! NASTY PLACE!!!"

"Room was clean, but very inconvenient---some of the electricity wasnt working! There was no closet, or areas to hang up clothes. Free breakfast advertised was false! There was none. Pool was not functional, not even able to sit at patio area. Stayed and paid for 2 nights, but room was never cleaned, nor were more washclothes, etc provided. Lobby was closed entire stay. When I complained about paying full price for less than adequate service, the staff was unresponsive."

"The hotel was clean. We wanted on the first floor so we switched to a queen. The rooms are small. Not a fan of the 100$ incidental fee which isn't reimbursed until after you check out and they make sure you have not damaged anything. Have to wait a few days for that credit to appear. The clerk at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. She helped with our tv and provided helpful dinner options. It is right off the highway so very "
