"Our stay was great. Everything about the hotel was perfect. Upon arrive we were offered an upgrade by signing up for rewards. Was upgraded to a King Suite. Pool and courtyard were immaculate. The entire hotel was pet friendly. Our lab spent the entire night sitting in the bar/lounge area. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The people here really take care of business and make sure all your needs are meant. "

Should not take hour and half to check in after already paying. Not the fault of hotel staff though, just to be clear. Awesome people working for this hotel."
