Buena agencia
La agencia Alquitur funciona muy bien.
Las sillas de terraza y el tendedero deberían ser más consistentes. Se rompen con facilidad.
Con el calor deberían poner ventiladores en los techos.

Oui, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et vous en remercions.
L'appartement est agréable à l'automne (mais je pense chaud l'été) et les équipements de la résidence de bonne qualité, on bénéficie aussi de la tranquillité du quartier du Ràco et bien sûr de la vue.
Je pense qu'il faudrait revoir dans l'appartement :
. La chasse d'eau des wc qui fuit (on fermait le robinet),
. Le robinet du lavabo de la salle de bains qui fuit,
. L'éclairage du séjour, insuffisant,
. chaises sur balcon abîmées.
L'équipement est un peu minimal mais suffisant,

Como estar en casa
Como siempre, las instalaciones, el carácter general del edificio, la ubicación, el acceso a la playa y, sobre todo, la gente de Cullera (tanto trabajadores como residentes)
Los colchones de las camas del apartamento son terribles, muy incómodos. Así como el sofá-cama era muy cómodo, los de la habitación principal podrían mejorar.
