"They didn’t have my reservation the only available rooms I had to pay extra they pretended for 40min to check the system they saw I was not willing to pay extra for a mistake on their end so after 1hr like a miracle a room became available at the rate I reserved. It basically ruined my evening wasted over 1hr trying to check in. Service was awful my pillow had red stains, sheets had stains. "

"Hotel was fine. Mattresses a bit hard but everything was clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was simple but a good price. There is a shopping mall within walking distance. Parking is open and no secure but we had no issues."
