A lovely apartment with two bedrooms, double bed in bedroom 1 and two single beds in bedroom 2 with balcony with distant sea views. Living room with balcony with distant sea views.

Close to the centre of the village where you will find an English bar, a range of shops and Mercadona. Located five minutes drive from the beach and ten minutes walk, this apartment is located in a very central location. Ten minutes drive to Vera, 15 minutes drive to Garrucha and 20 minutes drive to Mojacar

Un apartamento muy cómodo y cuidado, perfecto para conocer la zona.

Nos encantó el apartamento de Marianne, todo muy limpio, muy cuidado y totalmente equipado, con una comodidad comparable a estar en tu propia casa. Hay un paseo de unos 15-20 mins a la playa si no quieres coger coche, pero se hace llevadero. La zona es muy tranquila y los vecinos encantadores. Muy recomendable para volver a relajarse y descansar después de conocer los pueblos y las playas de alrededor. La comunicación y la entrega de llaves, perfectamente organizada por Tracey y Karl. Fue todo un placer y me encantaría volver, ¡muchas gracias y un saludo!

Muy buena

La casa es un 10, piscina, garaje, aire acondicionado, a 7 minutos en coche de la playa. Nos tenían la casa muy bien preparada cuando entramos. Completa en todos los sentidos. Las camas de la habitación pequeña es lo único mejorable de la casa, pero los niños que tienen poco peso durmieron muy bien.

Sencillamente cuco y acogedor. Precioso Diez sobre diez!!

El apartamento es muy bonito, , nuevo acogedor y funcional; esta muy bien equipado, con un diseño original, situado en una calle tranquila y bonitas vistas: "La zona ajardinada de la casa de enfrente con pinsapos y bugambillas y de fondo la playa flanqueada de arboleda" Bien situado y de facil acceso. Cuenta con piscina comunitaria, los vecinos gente muy agradable. En general un lugar muy tranquilo, ideal para organizar salidas por la zona, disfrutar de la playa realizando diferentes actividades, de las vistas del entorno, visitar pueblos costeros proximos , o simplente quedarse en el apartamento y disfrutar de las comodidades que ofrece el apartamento. Hay un Mercadona relativamente cerca y algunos bares en la calle Mayor próximos a la vivienda. En cuanto a la movilidad, lo mas rapido es utilizar el coche, lo normal en la provincia. Pero tambien invita el lugar a pasear e incluso apto para aficionados a la bicicleta. Tambien cerca de la calle Mayor, donde hay algunos bares La playa igualmente próxima. La comunicacion con la propiedad fue bastante fluida y desde luego muy formales, amables y serviciales. Responden con rapidez y claridad. Sencillamente puntuar diez sobre diez. Sobresaliente.

El apartamento es como se indica en el anuncio, nos gustó mucho y lo recomiendo aunque está un poco más lejos de la playa, no solo 10 minutos. El aire acondicionado va por toda la casa. La zona muy tranquila.

Tranquilo, apto para familias.

Apartamento tranquilo, aunque con dificultad para aparcar al no disponer de garaje. Le falta menaje de cocina, un armario en la segunda habitación y un mueble en el baño para poder dejar las cosas. Apartamento amplio y muy recomendable para familias con niños.
