Experience the beautiful Florida Keys and stay at the popular Venture Out Private Community at Cudjoe Key. Newly furnished two-bedroom, two-bath stilt home checks all the boxes for the ultimate Florida Keys Vacation. The Sun-filled open floor plan allows the family to spend their precious time together cooking and entertaining. Enjoy the tranquil view from our front and back porches. Master Bedroom has KING bed and en- suite bathroom. Guest bedroom has luxury memory foam sleeper bed that sleeps 2. We also offer blow up mattress for the living room area.

***4 BIKES, 2 two person kayaks, beach chairs and umbrella included***

Community amenities include a large, heated pool, children's pool, hot tub, salt-water swimming area, basketball, pickleball, bocce, and tennis courts. Enjoy your stay within the resort or get out on the water with one of the local fishing, boating, or diving charters. And feel free to bring the family dog along on this vacation!

*** Please note that guests must pay a resort entry fee of $125 directly to security upon entry into the park***
Parking notes- You may park 1 vehicle under the home. Park rules allow ONLY 1 vehicle, one motorcycle and 1 golf cart parked at any home. Great Family Getaway

This home was perfect for our family of four to enjoy a few days in paradise. The amenities provided were amazing and the home was beautiful. The host was very easy to contact and attentive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend this property.

Great Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed at venture out every year for the last several years and this has been our favorite place. It was very well appointed and I really appreciated the quality of the towels and linens. It was also nice to have a view of the water even though we weren't directly on the water.

Exceeded our expectations.

This place has everything you need, It has a deck at each end and you can have a pretty nice view either way. The owner has provided everything you could possibly need and then some. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We will likely stay again if our schedules align.

Wonderful breezes.

Very relaxing. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the Frigatebirds fishing on the water. Amazing breeze and fresh air.

Great home and location with lots of amenities!

We loved our stay in the Spanish Queen. We really appreciated all the extras that were included- beach chairs, beach umbrella, 2 double kayaks, life jackets, 4 bikes- we used them all! Perfect space for our family of 4 too. If we return to the Keys (and we hope we do), we would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break in the Keys!!

We had a fantastic stay in the Venture Out Spanish Queen! Everything was well maintained and clean and as described!! Since there were 4 of us, it was great to have two full bathrooms. We used the bikes, enjoyed the pool, but unfortunately the weather did not allow us to use the kayaks as we had hoped to. Thank you for an awesome stay!! Can't wait to come back :)

Beautiful house in venture out

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Spanish queen. The house was clean and very comfortable. Made us feel at home and had everything we needed for the week. We enjoyed kayaking, biking, cooking on the grill. Sitting on the back and front porches with wonderful views. Really appreciated the details like all the seating areas, pillows and blankets. Great decor. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This rental was overall a great place... It was very clean and fully stocked for a week stay... Only issue was the tv equipment had to be updated twice..

The unit was as advertised, it was clean and well supplied. It was nice to have three options for outside seating and a grill. Bikes and kayaks were a bonus. The only negative we had was that the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We ended up using the mattress on the floor. We’d suggest a trundle bed instead so there are two twins but still a couch.

Quiet escape with great amenities

Located just 30 minutes from the tourists in Key West this expertly appointed unit is picture perfect. Plenty of outdoor seating options to soak up the sun or relax in the shade. Has kayaks, bikes, and beach goodies for trips out to the many beach parks just 10-15 mins away. Super clean and newly remodeled inside and out. The community is gated and with mostly retirees and 24 security its feels like the old neighborhood where you can walk at any hour and feel safe. There is a fee from the HOA but with water access, pool, sport courts and places to fish its worth it.

Amazing property in paradise!

We loved our stay at Spanish Queen at Venture Out! This is our 2nd time traveling to the Keys over Spring Break, and will definitely look to stay again in the future. This property had everything (and more!) that we could ever want and need. We used the on-property bikes and wish we had more time to utilize more of the amenities of both the property and the community! The property is comfortable, clean—overall very very nice. Tons of outdoor apace to drink coffee in the morning or enjoy the sunset in the evening. Very comfortable for our family of 6. Highly recommended!!

Dog friendly???

I would not make this property dog friendly as most in the community do no want dogs there. There is not one square foot of grass in the whole community and we were immediately made aware not to step foot on any driveway. We were also told to only walk towards the guard house, whatever that means. Wherever there is not concrete it is gravel, even the beach. The house itself is nice but it is not a 2 bedroom. The room that is supposedly the second before is also where the front door is. Suggestion would also be to stock with a broom or vacuum and some bathroom cleaning supplies. We were there for 2 weeks and would have appreciated these items.

Great accommodations with a few hiccups

The owner was available upon check in to answer a question we had, which i valued. I wanted to stay here with my daughter because of the security on site. They did not disappoint, and I had no worries about safety whatsoever. Upon arrival an outdoor light was hanging loose. The owner sent maintenance over immediately and fixed it. The house has everything you could need to stay comfortably and as appears as in the pictures. My reason for 4/5 stars is because the pool was under construction during our dates. I messaged the owner about it prior to our stay and never got a follow up or apology for the inconvenience. Also, the washer didn’t work. When I called they were willing to get it fixed but I didn’t want to deal with maintenance while on vacation and could deal with a load of undone laundry. Many disappointments but the kayaks, bikes and beach supplies made up for it. Overall though, we will unfortunately not be back as the resorts offer more bang for the buck.
