Comfortable Waterfront Vacation Rental

Guests must register at the office unless it is after hours in which you will register at the Guard House. Unit 175 is clean and comfortable. It offers a 35' concrete dock with custom padded aluminum dock posts and swim ladder. Outdoor shower for rinsing off located on dock. Accessible ramp leads to screened patio and front door. Livingroom offers sofa bed and recliner. Bedroom offers king size bed. Kitchen offers full line appliances and four person dining table. Amenities include wi-fi, electric BBQ grill, washer/dryer, two bikes, two kayaks, beach chairs and bait freezer available for use. No Pets, No Smoking. Please note that Venture Out charges a one-time resort amenity fee upon check-in totaling $113.00. However this fee will be raised on July 1 to $125.00. The overflow parking fee for boat trailers is $5.00 for under 20 ft. and $10.00 of over 20 ft. per day. Due to the increase in overflow parking and the lack of space in Venture Out, several businesses are offering storage for boat trailers. Other than the mile hike to front door, jk ( wheel chair ramp) the place was great. Plenty of room for docking my boat, clean with all the amenities. I would stay here again. Outdoor space is great on balcony and canal side. Its nice to be able to flush the boat engine after a day out and spray salt off as well. Thank you for the use of your home.

The property was nice and will be back. The only concern was the ghost ants that were getting into our food. I kept the counters clean but it didn’t keep them away. Everything else was nice.
