The house is conveniently located near many fun activities in the Keys, making it an easy drive away. It’s well-appointed with everything we needed, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. The outdoor space was a nice place to hang out!Our host was fantastic, always ready to answer our questions and check in with us regularly.

Excellent place. Great location on the canal. Nice porch for sitting with a beautiful large umbrella. . Golf cart was awesome. Owner was extremely helpful. Really enhanced our trip. Can’t recommend enough.

Cozy house, perfect location

Great little spot, location was perfect, house was cozy, and the host was fantastic! The staff at Venture Out were also extremely courteous. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place!

Comfortable and very well appointed! High end amenities, and very responsive host ensured our stay was a memorable one. Our third time booking this property and can’t think of anything they could improve!

Late Dec/Early January stay

We enjoyed our stay. Check in and out was very easy. There was plenty of room for our family. We loved having the golf cart to drive around the community. We would stay again.

Family Vacation

The property was great and the host was very responsive and helpful. We had plenty of beds for 6 people and the house was comfortable with enough ammentities to keep our teenagers busy when we weren't exploring the keys.

Nice community with lots of amenities

We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the community, house and the view the whole time. Special kudos to the great grill, we made restaurant level stakes on it with winn dixis meat from nearby store.

Love the water

The property is perfect for a couple maybe 3. Its on the smaller side but we loved our time there. Property owner was very attentive even went and bought fishing poles when we asked if there were some available! We will be back!

Great location

This was our first time to the Keys and the this place was comfy and welcoming. Amenities were great and close to several beaches and great food. Coffee on the back patio in the mornings was the best! Eric the host was great as well, always quick to respond to any questions and was informative about things around us, restaurants, market, etc. Definitely will seek this place out first on our next visit!

The house is in the perfect central location to everything! You can bring your boat, fish, clean and cook your catch right in your back yard. We had a wonderful time and left wanting more! The owner is awesome! Thank you for the wonderful memories and we will be back!

Greatest Host & Property

This property will not disappoint! I don’t care for Hotels. Everything I needed was there and Eric is a class AAA host. He is very attentive and quick to answer any questions. Kitchen had everything, plenty of Hot water, Towels and bedding etc. I would stay here every year if I can get the booking. I have Been staying at Venture Out past 5 years. I fish the lower keys area every spring and love the area and the people. Everyone in VO are very friendly and welcoming, Staff and residents alike. Great accommodations in the park. Thanks Eric!!

Easy communication and considerate owners

Booking, check in, and communication was seamless. The owners were thoughtful - providing water and extra amenities not advertised or required. The unit was well appointed and the dock area and cleaning station was one of the nicest we've had in Venture Out. The host was available whenever necessary and made every attempt to ensure you had what you needed throughout the stay. Would not hesitate to stay there again!

Nice Place on Cudjoe Key

We had a good experience staying at this property. The location was very good - between Key West and Marathon Key. Outdoor deck was very nice. Kitchen was well equipped- we cooked at home on several nights. Close to beaches and restaurants and grocery store. You do pay a fee at check-in to use the amenities available, which we did not take advantage of during our stay. Overall, we had a great time. Communication was excellent.

All you might need for an awesome Keys boating/fishing/chilling trip!

Very well appointed with high end appliances, nice grill and massive TV. Lots of fishing friendly amenities - bait freezer, fish cleaning table, etc. Host was super responsive to questions and requests. Our best experience at Venture Out and we've rented several other units. Great complex pool, hot tub, tennis and pickle ball courts. Convenient for day trips to Key West.

Cudjoe key stay

We had an absolute blast at this perfect spot! Eric the owner answered any questions promptly and helped guide us with boat/trailer parking. The house was newly remodeled and I could not have asked for a better experience. We sat on the water at night and enjoyed the view which was our favorite part of the house. The only negative was that we had to leave and couldn’t stay longer! Thank you for a great relaxing vacay!!

Family Vacation

Served our needs well, great interactive host. Location is perfect for area and easy ocean access from dock. Be very aware Venture Out is seperate entity from owners and can be rather stiff with their rules and expectations. Husband received written "warning" because one tire was off pavers. Entry fee at gate was $165.00
