Emplacement idéal, proche de la mer, des commerces, des dunes. Très bonne literie, calme.La salle de bain est un peu vétuste et la cuvette de toilette apprécierait un nettoyage en profondeur. Contact très facile avec Stéphane, qui se montre très discret malgré sa proximité avec la location. Idéal comme location pour deux personnes. A notre sens location un peut petite pour quatre personnes, surtout s'il fait mauvais temps et que les personnes doivent rester à l'intérieur. Cette location n'est pas idéale pour des personnes à mobilité réduite mais convient tout à fait à un couple.

Maison agréable, literie confortable ( très appréciable quand on a qu'une semaine de vacances). Belle situation: proche de la mer, belle exposition du jardin.Propriétaire sur place mais extrêmement discret, très arrangeant.

Super séjour. La maison est a proximité de la mer. Endroit très calme avec commerce à proximité. Le propriétaire habite juste à côté, se qui est parfait si on a des questions, il est très gentil et attentionné et disponible à tout moment si besoin. Les voisins sont très agréables et gentilles qui est un plus.

Das Haus ist gemütlich, Garten schön und unzäunt, was gut für Hundebesitzer ist. Leider sind die Fotos nicht gut erklärt. Bild mit Aussicht in Garten ist aus Wintergarten, welcher nicht beheizbar ist. Bei Aussentemperaturen von 10 Grad also unnutzbar. Im EG ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett. Das Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach ist nur über eine sehr steile Treppe zu erreichen, eher eine breite Leiter mit Handlauf. Die Heizkörper sind bei 19 Grad abgeriegelt. Wer also abends gern ohne Kuscheldecke auf dem Sofa sitzt sollte eher gegen Sommer in dieses Domizil. Was ich sehr ärgerlich fand: Es steht in der Beschreibung nichts darüber, dass die Endreinigung selbst gemacht werden muss (saugen, wischen, Bad putzen etc.). Bei einem Preis von über 100,00 €/Nacht könnte man davon ausgehen, dass die Endreinigung incl. ist. Zumal Bettwäsche und Handtücher ja auch selbst mit gebracht werden müssen. Auch dies habe ich leider erst durch Lesen der Besucherberichte erfahren. In meinen Augen ein "no go". Also Achtung: Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen! Endreinigung muss selbst gemacht werden! Für kühle Tage Kuscheldecke nicht vergessen! Für Hundebesitzer: 1. Hund hat bei uns nichts gekostet. 2. Hund 7,00 €/Nacht Und wer einen Hund mit dünnem Fell hat: Decke für Boden mitbringen. Die Steinfliesen sind echt kalt. Fazit: Schlecht beschriebenes Domizil

Escaliers de manière très dangereux pour accéder à l étage housses de lits tachées
