Fantastic apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, sea views from every room, and views of the spacious communal area with two pools, basketball court, and over 4,000 m² of shared spaces. Very close to supermarkets and restaurants.



The apartment is furnished, equipped with air conditioning, and ready for you to move in and enjoy both the pools and the beach. It is near the village, has parking in the same building, and an elevator from the parking.



Unique space, surroundings, and large communal area, where you can enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the pools from the apartment, and relax to the sound of the waves.



The pools are ideal for cooling off, the green area is very well maintained, and children have plenty of space to play, plus a playground within the residential complex.

Sun, pools, beaches, a long promenade, and beach bars are waiting for you.



You may use the pool as long as you respect the community rules and do not disturb other neighbors and residents.
