Beautiful house in Alentejo

It was very good, but infrastructure in Vila Alva could be better and dogs of the neighbours really terrorizing with loud barking sometimes.

Bom, mas não vale o preço

A casa é boa, tem teoricamente tudo o que se pode desejar, mas fica aquém do que se espera de conforto pelo preço que se paga. Tem 3 suites mas efectivamente só uma é que é um quarto confortável. O quarto que fica fora tem o telhado com muitas falhas e o quarto que fica no primeiro andar (tem umas escadas com degraus altíssimos e “a pique”) tem uma casa de banho com um lavatório mínimo e o autoclismo ao fim de 3 dias deixou de carregar água. A cozinha é pouco funcional e nas fotografias parece ter o dobro do tamanho, e o mesmo se passa com a sala. É pequena e os sofás são muito desconfortáveis. A zona exterior está bem arranjada e tem cadeiras e espreguiçadeiras de piscina que são óptimas. A piscina é pequena mas agradável, está é um pouco suja no bordo superior. O salão de jogos é um bónus mas mais uma vez fica muito longe da expectativa. É uma espécie de armazém que está sujo, onde há muita “tralha”, tem um sofá mas que está velhíssimo e cheio de pó… é como se fosse uma arrecadação onde está tudo aquilo que não querem na casa principal. A loiça da cozinha estava francamente suja, tive que a lavar toda para poder utilizar. Tudo isto seria mais tolerado que a casa não fosse a um preço já considerado elevado, quase 2000€ numa semana têm que se traduzir em mais conforto.
