"Property advertises a hot tub and shows a photo of a hot tub. But it has been broken for 5 months according to staff. I paid extra for this benefit which was not available."

"Toilet Paper Roll Bracket was not attached to the Bathroom Wall. Queen Bed was Terribly Soft and Very Difficult to get rest on. Refrigerator footing was off center and rocked when opened. Smoke Alarm next to Bathroom Door Blinked every ~ 10 Seconds or so 24/7 which made it difficult to sleep if you were facing it. Smoke Alarm above Queen Bed went Off in and around 12:00 A.M. Midnight when Heat was On warming Room up."

"The house in Port Orchard was absolutely perfect for our trip. It was impeccably clean, and we were impressed by how new everything felt. The neighborhood was quiet and a great new area to be in. "This was a last minute choice when our other house fell thru at the last minute, but it turned out to be great! The house is spacious and comfortable with high end furnishings and appliances. The view and sunsets were spectacular, from inside and outside on the lovely covered deck. The water is warm enough to swim comfortably because it is shallow and the tide comes in over hot rocks and shells which warm it up. Make sure to bring water shoes/sandals because the beach is all sharp rocks and shells. Only downsides were that the propane tank on the grill was completely empty so we had to go buy propane on the first day. Also the grill was filthy but when I let the owner know, she sent someone over to clean it immediately. I appreciated that. The available kayaks were also old and broken but she allowed us to use some others that were in better condition. There is a Safeway and a QFC close by, but not much in the way of restaurants. We made paella with local shellfish!"
