"The actual place was nice. The check in process was challenging. We had to download an app and put in our passport information, etc. we didn’t have good internet service so it was very difficult. It would be nice if they provided more than one washcloth and if they provided shower soaps. The toilet was situated very strange. It was very quiet and clean. We were alone in the whole building. "

The pool was perfect for cooling off during the hot weather and our kids really enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. We don't speak Hungarian, but we were made so welcome, particularly by the reception staff, who responded to requests for kettles, an iron, and numerous other things. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of sunbeds and the variety of food at breakfast and dinner. It was such a relaxing stay — we absolutely loved it!"
