Cozy Crystal River apartment near scalloping, fishing, springs in Crystal River Florida! Near the Plantation Inn. Close to public boat ramps, Hunter Springs Park, Three Sister's Springs and historic Citrus Avenue! Owned by a charter fishing guide, Louie of Florida Fishing Adventures, who would love to take you inshore fishing, offshore for grouper, scalloping or on a sunset cruise. Private keypad entrance to the ground floor apartment. No pets allowed.
Other things to note
This is an established Airbnb. We recently bought our house from our in-laws, and had to create a new listing for the already existing downstairs! We’re excited to make it our own and welcome guests to our cozy little condo!

Please note: this is a ground floor apartment beneath a household. Although we try our best to keep the noise to a minimum, many guests still hear footsteps from upstairs.
