90 yrds to water! BBQ, Com. Pool, Pet friendly, Families welcome!

This 3-bedroom, 2,5-bathroom villa will sleep a maximum of 6 people. It has a very long driveway, which will make it easy to park your car and your trailer(s) if you bring your own boat. When you bring your own boat, docks are available for rent, and we can accommodate boats up to 26 ft. The Marina has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for great fishing, dolphin watching, scalloping and swimming and in the winter visit the manatees at the Homosassa Springs.
The community has a nice swimming pool.
As you enter the house you will see the spacious living room with a 75-inch smart TV, the dining room and the kitchen is around the corner. There is also a half bath on this floor for your convenience. On the second floor you will find the Master bedroom with a King bed and a 55-inch TV and its own bathroom. The bathroom has a spacious shower and a double sink. The second bedroom has a Queen, and the third bedroom has 2 Twins. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and double sinks. The house has a gas BBQ and offers free WIFI (speed up to 1GB).

The house was fine. Wi-Fi issues the entire time. Dishwasher was a concern as standing water in the bottom. One bed was basically on the floor.

Clean nice house

The house was extremely clean. The only complaint that I have is that the beds were very low to the floors; since I have back issues, this might be true for other older folks. It would be good to mention this in the description of the house.

Holiday Family Getaway

We picked this location because it was equidistant for our two FL college students to join us for short holiday break. We chose this property because it would meet our objective to spend lots of time exploring the Homosassa river and surrounding water based habitat. The home was clean and just as we had anticipated with plenty of space and comfort. Our daily kayak/paddle board adventures were the highlight for all of us with easy access from here. We plan to come back again next year and highly recommend this home and community. Property manager Frans was communicative and easy to work with.

Great accommodation!

This was a perfect place for our family scalloping trip! Just as advertised and Frans was very easy to communicate with and helped us with all arrangements. We will definitely be back.

Nice home but neighborhood undergoing construction

Enjoyed our stay here but not really pet friendly as the "fenced in yard" is actually an open yard gated community and not much grass. Otherwise it is a nice place to stay and close to everything

Stairs and beds

Second story is higher up than normal here. Get ready to climb some stairs as all the bedrooms are up. Every bed in this house is only maybe 8 inches off the floor. Looks like they bought a mattress with no box springs. Beds are Very uncomfortable sleeping and may be impossible for an older couple to get in and out of. Toilets had been cleaned; however, two of three overflowed when flushed.

Soon as we came, place wasn't quite ready. But owner was easy to contact and sent the cleaning company right away to fix up the mess. Other than that, very pleasant visit. Safe and quite neighborhood, great location.

Quiet area , unit was OK

Unit is the only one that sits sideways on the lot, and is situated very close to the neighboring RV park, your front door and the rear "patio area" face toward each neighbor. The beds and mattresses are all very thin "euro style" (maybe 6 inches thick so it feels like your sleeping on the floor) with no box spring. The unit was not as clean as we expected on our arrival with the main floors needing to be washed by us and then the oven had all of the residual ash from the last cleaning cycle, that we cleaned before we would use it. Fran's was available when we called on these and other issues, but we really did not resolve them all to my satisfaction. We did enjoy the weather, the dock and river walkway, golf and many great eating spots in the area

We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and accommodating. The only thing I would like to have seen different would be more description of where the trash bins were located and maybe a little more convenient to the house location and more parking passes for day visitors. Other than that we would definitely stay again.
