"The hotel is a hidden gem! It’s not the easiest place to drive to for the first time, but thereafter the hotel was excellent. The staff were all helpful, pleasant and hard working. The room itself had everything you needed and more for our stay. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel was central to walk to the abundance of pubs, restaurants and shops. "The rooms are spacious and modern. The bed is comfortable and I think this hotel must have been refurbished very recently. WIFI is good ….. and free and breakfast was good value with a good varied menu of hot and cold buffet foods. Victoria was a credit to the hotel and was chatty, friendly and bubbly yet proffessional and gave some excellent recommendations."

Hotel seemed quiet but parking was overflowing with cars parked in random places, I assume people parking here and flying from airport. We were lucky to get a space. There were other cars parked on road outside with several parking tickets. Hotel was good but parking would put me off using it again."

"When you book a panoramic view room you expect a panoramic view not just the direction your window is facing, very misleading. Also a superior room which is pretty much the same as any other room with a coffee machine added. still had to ask reception to bring a heater as room heating did not work. With a modern hotel there is no ability to use Netflix or prime on the TV and log into your account, The tvs have ability to cat on to them but facility does not work.... basic hotel that could do...
